Katie Stricker is a three-time business founder who has worked with senior-executives at Fortune 500 companies and disruptive startups. After starting her career in entertainment television, she went on to hone her business acumen working across advertising client management, product innovation, and business and strategy consulting. In 2015, she also added an Executive Coaching certification to her capabilities and is currently an ICF qualified Executive Coach. Katie works primarily with high-growth global Saas technology companies, and those in CPG, healthcare, and financial services. Select clients across her career include Saab/GM, Microsoft, Avon, USA Today, Colgate-Palmolive, PepsiCo, Plated, Pernod-Ricard, Outbrain, HarbourVest, Atlassian, Ascend Learning, and GW&K Investments.
Katie’s approach leverages her ability to deeply connect with clients and customers. Whether working on a new product innovation, team transformation or an overall new business strategy, Katie looks between the lines to see what’s not being said and identifies insights to discover hidden opportunities.
She co-founded the professional development, tech-enabled coaching platform Sayge, with a mission to unlock potential for people earlier in their careers. As President, Katie oversaw the technology platform development, marketing initiatives, and growing the 100+ global coach community. Since 2017, Sayge has delivered over 65,000 coaching sessions and supported more than 10,000 employees worldwide. Sayge was acquired by the healthcare benefits platform Bennie in October 2023. Katie’s expertise has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Inc. Online, The Muse, and Girlboss.
Katie graduated with a BFA from The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, holds a Product Strategy Certification from Northwestern’s Kellogg School, and continues her pursuit of life-long learning at NYU, Coursera, the ICF, and just about any learning platform she can get her hands on.
